SHIPPING

All merchandise is shipped via USPS. Please allow 7 days for processing orders (payment and product preparation) and 2 days to ship for proper processing and accuracy. Merchandise will be sent after processing has been completed and you will receive an email confirming payment along with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving tracking information for tracking number to update. We are closed on the weekends, therefore, merchandise purchased after 12 p.m. Friday or the weekend will not be shipped until the following week.

For your protection and security, all customer orders are accepted via PayPal but you are not required to have a PayPal account to complete your purchase. Simply click "Don't have a PayPal account?" on the checkout page, and proceed by paying with your debit or credit card. A signature will be required during the delivery of all merchandise.

We ask that you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. If there is a valid need to change your shipping address, please ensure to change it on the website and PayPal screen after you enter your card information. If this step is not completely properly, items will get shipped to your billing address.

LOCAL DROP-OFF SERVICES

Local Drop-off is for customers located in the Montgomery and Prattville Alabama area only.  Once you select Local Drop-off at Checkout, you will receive an email containing instructions, applicable drop-off dates, and time slots.  Times will vary and will be coordinated in real time via text or email.

 

Please note, drop-offs will only occur in public, well-lighted, locations.  Photo identification is required at time of delivery.  If someone is picking up the item on your behalf, prior consent must be submitted via email or text no later than 1 hour prior.

RETURNS

All sales are final. However, hair can be exchanged under the conditions listed in the exchange policy.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only issued due to shipping incorrect products. Exchanges will not be issued due to negligence on the customer's part. Hair extensions can only be exchanged if it is not as specified by the customer. This could include but not limited to texture or length of the product. The hair must not be unwrapped, must be uncombed, not brushed, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

You must contact Cabello Hermoso within 2 business days after receiving your items to be issued an exchange for incorrect items. You will have up to 7 business days to return or the exchange will be invalid. Customer will be responsible for all exchange shipping costs. Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and reason for exchange.
